Rudolf Koelle dies.

Richard Koelle takes over the company from his father and extends the production program to the vertical metal band sawing machines.

Development of a mobile band saw. The engine is built by them, too.

1882

Establishment of a mechanical engineering by Rudolf Koelle that becomes known a few years later under the name Rud. Kölle Maschinenfabrik, Esslingen am Neckar.
