BIESSE WinlineFormerly, the term WinLine stood for a product family that included all machining centres produced by the company Biesse for window and door production. From around 2010, the BIESSE WINLINE ONE series was introduced, a production line consisting of several combined machines BIESSE UNIWIN. In 2017, a newly developed window system in modular design based on the Biesse Uniwin series was introduced, which was to replace all previous models of the Winline product family and now received the designation BIESSE WINLINE. For a while, the predecessor Biesse Uniwin was still available in parallel as a low-priced alternative. The Winline family included the following machines: WinLabAround 2005 it was first introduced. First specialized machine for window and door manufacturing. Features: special working table only for the clamping of window edges, separate slotted spindle, similar to a tenon, controling and operating concept similar to a CNC-machining centre. Workpiece length 190 - 3.000 mm, width up to 160 mm, thickness up to 120 mm. UniWinIn 2007, introduced as the successor of the WinLab with altered working table, which, for the first time, could edit arches, with a slightly altered aggregates support as well as option to use multiple slotted spindles. BIESSE UNILINESuccessor to the Biesse UniWin, greater use of standardised components, elimination of the tenoning spindle Rover B WMSEntry-level machine of the WinLine-product series WMS (Windows Manufactoring System) with automatic loading. The WMS features for windows and doors is appr. comparable with the productivity of the top modells. A new software control allows an easy and intuitive operation for the automatic loading and unloading, for window-job production or batch prodcution. Rover C WMSMachining center based on the Biesse Rover C, used for wondow and door manufacturing, with Flexstore tool changer, pod and rail table with special window clamping elements, automatic outfeed via transversal conveyor, automatic marking system and special glazing bar system. WinProfMoulding center with 6 working spindles; usually not used as a single machine, but used in combination with others. UniProfComplete high-performance machining center, consisting of WinProf profiling unit and UniWin HP WMS for high-performance processing of a variety of available profiles and window shapes, where the workpiece passes through without any intervention of the operator. |
