The IMA BIMA CUTTING CENTER is a plate dividing center, which divides large-format plates into single parts using milling tools, similar to the nesting technology.

The BIMA CUTTING CENTER has an automatic positioning pod and rail table Dynapoint and is offered in 3 sizes:

Modell 330	for half-size plates 2.750 x 2.020 mm
Modell 430	for medium-size plates 2.500 x 1.250 mm
Modell 600	for full-size plates 5.400 x 2.100 mm

Depending on the model, the machine can be equipped with 3 - 7 router heads for cutting, which each have an 8-fold tool changer.

The cutting center is offered with different solutions for feeding and unloading as well as with an automatic wood waste shredder, integrated into the machine.
