Otto Mayer Maschinenfabrik GmbH

Mechanical engineering company based in the Black Forest, specialising in the production of horizontal beamsaws for cutting wood materials and non-ferrous metals. Until the 2010s, veneer saws were also part of the manufacturing programme.

Since 2019, Mayer has been part of the Felder Group.

2020	As with FORMAT 4, MAYER panel saws for wood-based materials have borne the designation 'KAPPA AUTOMATIC' since 2020.
2019	Mayer is now part of the Felder Group.
2011	Launch of the models PS 80 and PS 100.
2007	The company has about 60 employees
2006	Construction of the largest beamsawfor aluminum plates with a cutting height of 210 mm, a cutting length of 9000 mm and a saw motor of 75 kW
2000	Development of Angle plants for the particleboard industry 16 - 260 mm package height (series WN)
