1st unit: brush belt; The folowing listed axes can be switched to.
* axis 1a: 360°-rotation of the whole unit, rotation direction free
selectable
* axis 1b: oscillation, which means that instead of a complete
rotation the unit turns in a free selectable angle between 5°...45°
for- and backward.
* axis 2: lengthway movement of the brushes at the brush belt
according to the movement of a sanding belt
2nd unit: planetary disk sanding unit
* 12 sanding disks which are allotted on 3 rotating discs
* Each disc tool has supports for 14 changeable 80 mm segment brushes.
* motor power of each disc tool drive 0,75 kW
* The following listed axes can be switched to in all imaginable
combinations.
** axis 1: The sanding discs rotate.
** axis 2: The rotating discs rotate.
** axis 3: The whole unit with the three rotationg discs oscillates.
