Mutual care is important to us!

For years, Höchsmann employees have been communicating their current workload via our "employment traffic light" so that everyone in the company can see how employees assess their individual stress levels. Our aim is to achieve a balanced workload; a good balance between peak loads and quieter phases. The very fact that this enables us to regularly monitor the workload of individual employees, to identify work peaks and to counteract them is valuable and a great asset.

In addition, we are open to the concerns of our employees. The open, confidential word, consideration in special life situations, family compensation, time off for recreation, flexible working hours, weekends off, ... - All this is important to us and so valuable that we, as a company, are actively committed to it.

We consider the constructive exchange among each other, the interaction of different characters and opinions, but also experiences from different areas of work to be beneficial. This is how the best solutions are created, which are supported by everyone and thus consistently implemented.

We motivate our employees to carry out varied activities that expand their field of work and create close links to adjacent specialist areas, but also to do less computer work. For example, flexible multi-talents are welcome to work through their telephone lists on walks in the woods.

Apart from this, we welcome opportunities to involve our employees' families, for example by offering events for the whole family.
