Band sawsHere, the term passage height refers to the maximum permitted height of a workpiece to be sawed. The height (measured in mm) is defined as the distance between machine table and the upper exit point of the saw band on the machine frame. Since the machine frame is fixed and the height of the machine table can also not be mechanically changed, the workpiece height has to be below this value. Otherwise, processing is not possible.
