German manufacturer of machines for the areas of solid wood, lacquer and veneer processing, but also for the metal and plastic processing, located in 32547 Bad Oeynhausen.

The focus point is on the manufacturing of wide belt- and profile sanding machines for the furniture industry Brushing machines for different applications round up the offer on machines for surface processing. Furthermore the manufacturer offers overall rebuilds and control upgrades for the machines which are long in the tooth. Machines by HEESEMANN have the reputation of being long-lasting.

History

2022

At the beginning of March, HOMAG and HEESEMANN announce an intensified cooperation in the field of sanding technology. HOMAG will discontinue the manufacture of wide belt sanders and instead offer its customers HEESEMANN machines. HEESEMANN will expand its product range in the field of lighter machines and will draw on HOMAG's know-how for this purpose. HOMAG will continue the service of the wide belt sanders built to date.

2018

The HEESEMANN management gives authorisation for production metal sheet deburring and rounding machines of the profiRounder series.

2016

A deliverer for electronic components ceases production of spare parts for machine controls, which were constructed between 1995 and 2005. HEESEMANN reacts with a control upgrade for old machines.

On the EuroBlech fair HEESEMANN introduces with profiRounder their first generation of deburring and edge fillet plant for the metal processing.

Introduction of the 3D workpiece detection via laser technology

CSD System with electromagnetic pressure elements: by that variable regulation of contact force at each contact element of the pressure beam
