SCHELLING Clean-up

Enhances the material usage during the trim e.g. when cutting aluminium or plastic.

The components to-be trimmed have to be narrow (possibly with little cutting waste) - but should be at least as wide as it can't get into the sawing gap and damage the sawing unit.

  • solution: the saw blade doesn't cut with full cutting width through the material, but only with half the saw blade width (ca. 2-3mm)-

hence the name: "scratch, scratch cut'

The saw dust which is single-sidedly created on the side will be removed through the patented suction unit "Clean-up" directly through a hold-down clamp extra developed by Schelling.
