Technological method by manufacturer BIESSE for creating a visual seamless edging on edgebanders. AirForce is a hot-/air pressure system for applying on laser edges.

The heating system combined with a faire pressure nozzle. The nozzle automatically customizes the aperture in the range of 12-60 mm depending on panel thickness.

Process

• utterly hot and air created with high pressure activating the coating of the edge
• through a blowing nozzle, directly behind the pressure roller the compromised air will be delivered to the backside of the Anleimers.
