Through-feed line with fully automatic loading and unloading. Simultanuous processing of paired parts possible

* Loading via narrow belts conveyor
* Workpiece transport and automatic clamping by means of grippers
* Unloading via transport belt, paired parts are unloaded as pairs on two belts.
Working zone 2:
Automatically adjusting bars and clamps table, e.g. for the processing of arches and complete frames
-- Two independent tables with 5 bars and three clamps per bar
-- Working range per table: 2.600 x 1.860
Installed units:
* 2 pcs. 5-axes router PX5, liquidly cooled, 12 kW, 24.000/min, HSK-F63
* 16 places plate type tool changer
* 42 places chain type tool changer
