Vertical CNC machining centre by Weeke for processing panel-shaped workpieces.

The particularity consists of the workpiece being clamped with a pneumatic collet chuck. The motion of the X-axis is created through the workpiece motion. Thus, the actual machine only has utterly low measurements in comparison to the traditional CNC-machining centre.

• Plausibility control (In comparison to the programmed workpiece with the workpiece measurements of the raw component)
• Longitudinally-dependent processing in X-direction (with a workpiece tolerance, precise processing anyway, going from a defined reference edge)

• min. 200 x 70 x 10 mm
• max. 2500 x 850 x 60 mm
• optionally: max: 3000 x 850 x 60 mm (recognizable on the retractable aluminium tracks)

• With the market launch 2009 Weeke BHX050 was equipped with the powerControl PC85.
• From 2015 on, the model BHX050 was optionally available with the powerTouch.
• In 2017 a new design has been introduced with powerTouch control.
